There are two wolves fighting in every man. One wolf, the dark wolf, is greed, anger, misery, envy, hatred and all things bad. The other wolf, the light wolf, is kindness, love, hope, joy, selflessness and all things good. As a person grows up they learn to run with one wolf or the other. Sometimes when those of the dark see the light in others they try to destroy it, but the light of a truly good man never dies. Someone once told me that, and it has comforted me when faced with stories like this. His children will see him again someday.
