Time to rethink his security..
There are WAY too many nutjobs out there. The Pope should have a bodyguard at all times, especially when in large gatherings of people. Thankfully he's OK, this time. I wouldn't want this happening ever again.

I recall that security in the papal state was arranged in medieval times with the Swiss providing the guard detail to the Pope. Might have been a sop to the French after moving the seat from Avignon back to Rome.
There has been a rash of these type events lately. Good bodyguards must be in short supply. Some nut job is going to get lucky and all hell is going to break loose depending on his target.
In the video it looked like security was on her pretty quick. I know..... not quick enough.
