I did not vote for McCain (wrote in Thomas Jefferson) and am probably more of a purist than most.
But: the dirty secret about this health care mess is that if it manages to become law, that's it. A few years down the road & this is an untouchable entitlement.
Anything - any maneuver, any deal, anything that can be done legally to stop this abomination needs to be done and done NOW.
Mmmm....If I were to cast a write-in vote, I would be hard pressed to choose between George Washington, James Madison or Thomas Jefferson. Thinking outside the ex-box, Patrick Henry is on my list as well. I like his fire.
