No, just another Lucy and the football moment. They like to raise Rep hopes and then crush them. It is meant to dispirit and demoralize. They have to 'raise hopes', if the Bill was what they wanted, they would just vote and pass it.
Those who want a 'public option' are not happy that the Senate took it out.
They did not vote to subsidize the Insurance Industry.
