3 manatees sighted in cold Mobile Bay; will they survive?

MOBILE, Ala. -- Three manatees have been sighted in the area within the last week, despite water temperatures considered far to chilly for the warm-blooded mammals.

Local scientists are trying to keep tabs on the trio in the hopes of avoiding a repeat of last year, when two manatees died in Mobile Bay of cold exposure.

Can’t be anything alive in Mobile Bay.
Them bad oil companies drill there and all “progressives” know oil kills Everything.
Fact is Manatee meat is great on the bar b,
And Mobile Bay is pristine and beautiful.
