We have no leaders in our current Govrnment in any branch or political party. America is on a downward spiral

Getting Congress to do anything against “The Won” is next to impossible.

(putative)President Obama must reverse this reckless decision. If he fails to do so, the people's representatives must explore their options. The Constitution grants Congress control over the jurisdiction of the federal courts: Our lawmakers have the power to restrict enemy combatants to trial by military commission for war crimes. This should be agenda item # 1 when Congress reconvenes in January. Simultaneously, Congress needs to have hearings on Major Hasan and prevent sending Gitmo prisoners to Illinois.
