I think there have been about 10,549 "studies" about black communities, and the common denominator that even the liberals cannot dance around is the fact that the majority of these families have no father around to instill love, discipline, and rules.
The kids resent their single mother, who may try and overcompensate for a lack of father by becoming belittling and overbearing. Their kids start acting like caged animals who have been beaten in their cages, and anger swells up. The mother is resentful for being poor and finally realizes she was used and abandoned, so she beats and abuses the children.
They have no outlet for their anger and rage.........then......they discover their "black leaders" and community condones (and even applauds) hatred and violence towards white people.
Voilà - instant powder keg.
I am not a genius, but I defy some liberal sociologist to make more sense in a 100 page report than what I just posted with a few words.
