A point of order will be made on the floor of the Senate questioning the constitutionality of requiring every American to buy health insurance. A vote on it is expected tomorrow.

They really cannot force purchase, but then couldn’t they also raise all the other issues of the constitution that’s being trampled? This could get interesting....
What it means is more time off the clock, more letters/phone calls/ faxes to Senators.
