China is an economic powerhouse and is simply soaking the UN and those "developed nations" for all the perks they can get while claiming they are a "developing nation". Hell, according to the WTO, the definition of a "developing nation" is both unclear and dependent upon the member countries to announce themselves whether they are a "developed" or "developing". So I suppose, according to China, especially given how they continually flaunted how how modern and advanced a society they were, they consider themselves to be a developed nation still developing.....how quaint.

Look, weeks before the Hopenfrauden Summit, the Secretary General of the UN stated the summit was doomed because the principals could not agree in advance. The ChiComs and India were never on board and everyone knew it.

UK's climate minister, Miliband, in advance of the summit said it would be a failure.

Before Hussein Obama got on the plane, speculation was "would it be worth it" knowing there would be little accomplished.

Everything transpiring post Climate Unchange Summit is bogus.
