Ok..you want me and everyone else here to be wrong..suit yourself. You CAN be traced no matter what your isp says..your internet provider knows who you are, what isp they issued and what numbers you have showing for it (that is, if its something other than what they issued). Cloak sites will give you up..encryption sites will give you up..and you can be traced. But, just go ahead and believe what you want, if fooling yourself makes you happy.

They didn’t issue me any IP. It’s different all the time and shared with thousands of others. Right now it says I’m using Godaddy but the problem is, that’s not who I use.
Plus some people don’t even pay for an internet server. They just log on with whatever wireless is nearby.
