I believe that Google also has the same policies as Yahoo.

Yahoo mail and Google mail are the addresses I use when a website demands an email address and I know it will be given to spammers. I hope the goobermit enjoys reading my spam.

It’s free. If you want privacy, you should not be using it.

I learned back in the 90’s to treat every single thing I write down as though it will fall into the hands of the one person in the world that is motivated to do me, personally, the most damage.

If I were to do anything “bad” using the internet, I would use a special computer that was ONLY used from free wi-fi-sites, use multiple sites, use the computer for nothing else, and use email addresses completely unaffiliated with any of my “legitimate” business.

And even then I would probably not be anal enough. I would probably need to wear a fake beard and sunglasses and maybe an oversized shirt with a pillow in it to thwart surveillance cameras in Starbucks, etc.

In this world, you can NOT be too careful.

‘Course, I think it would be a waste anyway. If you are working with another person to do something dastardly, you are probably already caught anyway, and just don’t know it.

Did you just see someone move in that van across the street? ;)

I think so.....in fact I think Google is even more invasive in that they record all “searches” via IP address.....
