There is also NOTHING in the Constitution to provide military veterans with job placement, medical benefits, college educations or mortgages either.
Of course, you don’t have any problem with tax money being confiscated from person A to military veteran B for those social services do you?
There is also NOTHING in the Constitution that gives the president the power to make war without a declaration by Congress. That power is reserved for the Congress.
