Sarah was right. The logical conclusion to government controlled healthcare is that unseen government officials will make such decisions.

Of course she was right. Figuratively. The anonymous bureaucrats who will play "eenie meenie miney moe, you shall live and you shall go" will never actually face any of their victims. It doesn't work that way. And, they will not be called "death panel" but have benign titles, like "Community Health Advisory Board," or some such dreck. But yes, death panels there will certainly be.
