You’re right about emotion being an important part of the equation. I’d just like to see a broad list of candidates who really slug it out over ideas and visions rather than just name calling while getting out the message of small, limited government to the masses. We need to bury both compassionate conservatism and styrofoam column empty suit Axlerod teleprompter communism.

I think it will happen. We will wind up with a decent set of candidates this cycle. What we have to do is coalesce around one or two conservative candidates early so as to prevent a moderate from stealing the nomination. Kinda like what happened to us last time.
