Treason is a noun as well, but Your defintions are all for traitor.

The Constitutional defintion for treason, the only one that counts, is, (from Ariticle III)

Section. 3. Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

Breaking your oath to support the Constitution, is not treason, unless the act also supports the Enemies of the United States, or consists of making war on the United States. Even knowing one is ineligible for the office one holds is not treason.

It is reason to be frog marched to the curb, perhaps to jail. For fraud if nothing else.
