as a Canadian frequenting these boards, and reading the great posts and comments, I’ve noticed a lot of folks saying we’ll vote them out in 2010, and again in 2012.
Take it from a freedom lover stuck in a socialist country. It won’t matter who you vote for, it’ll be more of the same. I think folks are in denial if they think anything except a full out uprising will stop them.
Again as a Canadian, I do hope the last free country on earth doesn’t fold, I’ll have nowhere to dig my tunnels in a bid to escape to freedom.
Ten Dems and one Repub in the House who voted for the House bill said they did so ONLY because of the Stupak amendment.
All eleven are not going to hang tough, but we only need 3. There's Stupak himself. There’s Joseph Cao, (R-Louisiana) said he'd vote against it if it funded abortion, even if it cost him his seat.
