‘Fetus’ is a dehumanizing term. A baby is a baby from conception forward.
Fetus went along with the particular painting I posted where there is a fetus -- name used by pro-aborts and the child in the jar looked like an abortion. Usually I use the term baby or small child or little person, etc.
