If Obama is so worried about ‘Iranian proxies’..why the hell didn’t he just blow the ‘proxies’ off of Iraq’s oil wells that they just took over?

In any case, those weren't Iranian proxies, they were Iranians. Disputed area in a field that underlies both countries.
It appears to be an Iraqi responsibilty to deal with their buddies to the east.
