Agree with your comments 110%! Thanks for feeling like I do! If we consider not paying taxes dedicated to healthcare funding, they can just access your bank account electronically and just take it out - including penalties. I hope 2010 elections happen, but be prepared for a knock in the dead of the night!

Re access to bank fund: Only keep enough money in your account at any one time to cover oustanding checks and whatever minimum balance is required.

“...but be prepared for a knock in the dead of the night!”

That knock will be answered by some loud bangs.

You can get yourself a ‘free’ personal checking account, one that doesn’t charge a service fee for a minimum balance. Then keep ONLY what you need to conduct your business, the bare minimum, in it. Keep all the rest of your money in cash or coins, well hidden. That way, they can’t take what they can’t find.

For business accounts, banks require you to desposit funds received from customers rather than cash it, I believe. Small business is screwed anyway under these fascist commie aholes. But there are ways to get around certain tactics they’ll use.
