We’re f****d. This is the saddest day of my political life. I am totally depressed. I cannot think of anything we can do to stop this trainwreck. If anyone has anything to say to lift my spirits, please do so.

This too will pass. Our fiscal mess will make all this meaningless. There is no money for it.

Nearly every poll of any consequence seems to be trending against Obama and the Dems. That's the best I can do fer ya.

All patriots must ask themselves a searching question: Is it better, is it more honorable, to live in chains, to be party to wickedness and the wanton slaughter of the innocents, to pay on bended knee obeisance to wicked rulers who mock God and despise the liberty of the human spirit, or to die free? Better men than us made the ultimate sacrifice, and others died in poverty. They paid dearly. We, living off of the fruits of their sacrifice, have no frame of reference of the cost of standing for good and right. I fear that time may be near.

Naturally, simply accepting the present wickedness is not an option. It cannot stand. Something must give. The insult to the American patriot, to the memory of our founders, has been building, growing. If, through the legalization of millions of lawbreakers, it becomes clear that the current crop of ignoble princes occupying the seats of power power is assured in perpetuity, then it is time...

Weeping is not an option - unless this weeping is for our own personal sin and straying which has contributed, and beseeching the favor of the Almighty to watch over and protect those who love Him.

Most of those in the seats of power hold a mechanical and animalistic view of their fellow man, one which denies the ideals of inalienable rights. To them, might makes right. For the people, a people groaning under the burdensome weight of the policies of wicked rulers who reward idleness in exchange for loyalty, it is time to seek the Lord’s favor, to come before Him humbly, to confess our own desert of this judgment, and to seek His favor and wisdom for how to act. And above all, to seek His honor and glory.

That’s your responsibility. Hope that helps.
