Good luck, even if she is in there doing her nails, she won;t see you. They don’t care. i have sent letters, faxes, phoned, e-mails. I got the same standard form back that covered NONE of my concerns.

I know I won’t see gigglebritches! There is ONE person in her office I’ve spoken with a couple of times who amazes me that she even works there. I’ll watch her put my complaint into the report that goes to DC weekly.
