On the other hand, while not terribly significant in terms of legislative weight, I am proud to say that I have been able to:

1. Increase the national debt in the space of under a year by several hundred billion dollars.

2. Keep the place of my birth, as well as other significant details of my background, secret from the people who elected me to office.

3. See to it that our troops in Afghanistan were hampered in their efforts to survive as they eliminate global terrorists intent on predation upon Americans and other civilized peoples - hobbling the troops with virtually impossible Rules of Engagement. And (an especial point of pride) initiate court martial proceedings against our Navy SEALS for punching in the mouth - and thus seriously bruising his lip while causing him great personal inconvenience - a known terrorist who had committed wanton acts of murder.

There - now aren’t you glad I’m your president!

And, finally, I would like to take this opportunity, at this special time of year - while you’re out there scratching out a pecarious living in the economic shambles I’ve created - by wishing you a Very Merry and Happy Unemployment. I know that, as I hold here at the White House an unprecedented level of parties and related social functions for my supporters, you’ll be attempting as best you can to savor your holiday roast beast.

Attaining the leadership was easy. Being a leader is hard.

He can orate but what substance is there? An empty suit has more. Being a compromiser is not going to cut it no mater the issue and to date that is all he has done. It started with the stimulus to "pull us back from the brink" that was less than he needed.

Next Cap and Trade went no where in the senate and he followed that up with letting the congress lead on health care yielding nothing similar to the real goal.

He is Jimmy Carter redux but worse and we are stuck with him for 3 more years. God help us all.
