The president promised that the United States would keep its pledge to reduce emissions in the range of 17% below 2005 levels by 2020 2020 again....always kick the ball down the road no matter what happens in Copenhagen.
The key to the whole thing is that it’s NONBINDING, which means it’s not worth the paper it’s not written on.
The MSM is downplaying that aspect of it.
