Just 34% Say Passing Health Care Bill is Better Than Passing Nothing
Rasmussen Reports ^ | 12/18/09 | staff

Fifty-seven percent (57%) of voters nationwide say that it would be better to pass no health care reform bill this year instead of passing the plan currently being considered by Congress. The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that just 34% think that passing that bill would be better.

Middle-income voters are more likely than others to say that passing no legislation is the better option.

One reason for this is that most Americans now believe they will be worse off if reform passes. Fifty-four percent (54%) hold that view while just 25% believe they would be better off.

Senior citizens are more pessimistic than younger voters. Just 16% of seniors think they’ll be better off if the legislation passes while 59% have the opposite view.

Let Obama keep talking about it, should drop to 20% pretty quickly.

Its going nowhere fast. And with the Left discovering its a subsidy for the hated insurance companies, the irony is Obamacare may narrowly pass the Senate but will likely be killed in the House.

Dylan Rattigan gave Wasserman Schultz ample opportunity to answer a question about stock surges of 10% plus for major health stocks, I really like this guy.

MSNBC is not completely unwatchable. She is, however.

The Dems don’t care about polls. The Dems don’t care what the people want. Power is the name of the game for them. Power to control what we eat, what kind of car we drive, what we do with our property. What medical treatment we can receive.

Next November can’t come soon enough for me.

All these libtards can hope to get is failure, and they are fine with it, as long as it is signed failure that they can inflict upon America. “Any legislation is better than none” is becoming a mantra of the Obamao age.

Really good debate.

Wasserman kept spitting out her talking points and would not answer the question. Might as well have had a tape recorder playing.

It is still disturbing that 34% subscribe to the principles of oligarchical collectivism.

They don’t care. They’ll pass one just to pass one.

They’ll pass one so they can continue to add to it to make it the marxist POS they wanted in the first place.
