I beg to differ, the quote you are showing appears to be a simple statement, or an answer to a question, not whining.

I can't imagine how I would feel after the whirlwind book tour she just had all over the United States, in and out of time zones, hotels, and the thousands of "meet & greets" she did. I went to Hawaii for a week and it took me another week to get over the jet lag and traveling.

Let's examine the statements:

They wanted to just lay low and rest up a bit and enjoy a little time off, as we all do. But the low key thing didn't work because of the vultures from the press that hound them day and night, and blew their cover.

In the same light that makes Sarah so popular with the people - her caring for the people - she saw what a disruption her presence was causing among the other vacationers and did not want to ruin their vacations too.

As an offhand comparison, many "new" celebrities have to learn how to cope with the phenomenon of "forever on" when they are in public. Elvis had to rent entire amusement parks and movie theatres to be able to leave Graceland. I always thought that it must have been terrible not to be able to just go out and walk around the mall, or even go to McDonalds.

But "whining"?...I would not call that statement "whining"...it was a clean and clear statement of fact of the current situation for her family.

Exchanging places, what would you have said with a fistful of microphones in your face?

Some people out there are just wound up in the "complain about Sarah" syndrome, and will even bitch about her going to the bathroom.

Most of it comes from the obama lovers of the world as they see Sarah as a threat to "his majesty" and they can't stand it.
