Well you didn't make clear how it was totally different, and I don't think it is. It is just the manner used currently and will be replaced by something the Government can have complete control over.
It just orders you to work, for free.
This is classic slavery.
They call it ‘Mandate’.
I'm not aware of any business that can order you, against your will, or contract, to work.
