This is "as big" as the CO2 "grab" the EPA did. If this passes, they'll be able not only to control ALL WATER, (including mud puddles) ... but THE LAND ADJACENT. Think about this for "out west" ... a watering hole for cattle. And a cow urinates in proximity. The watering hole "could" be contaminated therefore regulations must apply ... and the cow has to go. This is a huge move, I hope more people get on board and AWARE of what's happening.

Not only “out west”, there's also Appalachia. Thousands of streams, creeks etc. either pass through or abut properties throughout the region.

EPA has definitely over-reached. When my electric power goes down this winter and I can't heat my house I'm taking my chainsaw to my nearest EPA employed neighbor's house and cut down all his or her bushes and trees to burn in my fireplace.
Yes, I have a fireplace for just this occasion.
You might well ask why I think I can get away with that ~ but you won't ~ because you know.
