One clarification:

The acronym for Strategic Air Command is SAC, not STRATCOM, which used to be the Strategic Communications Command

The acronym for Strategic Air Command is SAC, not STRATCOM, which used to be the Strategic Communications Command

But SAC does not exist anymore, except in a sort of a abreviated form as Global Strike Command at Barksdale AFB.

However US Strategic Command, is at Offutt and uses USSTRATCOM or just STRATCOM as it's acronym.

As you can see, there is still a bit of SAC in STRATCOM, along with a Naval Motif of course.
