Hitler was named in '38, Khomenei in '78 or '79 and Stalin I believe was named POY twice. It doesn't have to be good person, at all.

I would have voted for Osama bin Ladin... he certainly qualifies, without a doubt...
It's too bad he didn't make the cover. I wonder why he didn't?
I mean, considering that his "effects" on us all and the entire world is still being felt today -- it should be obviousl that bin Ladin should have been on that cover...
