Correction: He was just trying to visit his mother who lived in CANADA...he was killed inside an airport corridor, after having just traveled from Poland. There is a large citizen’s movement to have the officers tried for murder. I hope they succeed. BTW, the whole episode was caught on amateur video.

a little of topic but i don´t think the officers can be tried anyway. if i´m correct as long as you have not went trough the “pass control” you are not on canadian teritory. there for something like citizen or personal rights just don´t exist for you.
