I get that “Palin is a bad mother” from my Mom, who turned 89 this year. She’s another one who gets her info from the MSM and the local lib rag in Santa Rosa. She is completely convinced that Cheney is evil incarnate.
It’s distressing to me that that a member of the “greatest generation” who’s husband was a decorated veteran of Normandy could be brainwashed by the MSM.

My MIL is 92, voted for Obama, and hates Palin. I cut her NO SLACK WHATSOEVER. Her mind is sharp (except for that pesky voting issue) so she had the capacity to make good decisions after learning the truth, especially when it was provided to her often. She chose not to.
Now that Hussein has cut the defense budget, DH’s job has been negatively impacted, and we’re planning to relocate to where there are better options for work. MIL will whine that that we’re leaving. (God forbid — we won’t be able to jump every time she needs someone to bring her a jar of pickles!) But, “Hey, Baby; you voted for this jerk whose hatred of America makes it necessary for us to leave. Deal with it.”
