If I caught them doing it and they refused to stop, I may wound them.
Of course, if the were spray painting my truck I would do the same.
Personally, my property is an extension of my life. Therefore an act against my property is an act against my life. If everyone subscribed to that philosophy I guarantee crime would drop significantly.
