Human life is sacred.

Yes, Stalin's, Hitler's, Mao's, Caligula's, Attila's, etc. etc. lives were very sacred. /s

I’m prone to agreement. I think of some of the absolute monsters that have infested our planet and even some of the lesser evils and I can’t help but think the life of a chicken going to feed a hungry family is worth more than these scum, let alone the live of a beloved family member.

When I see animals doing things that babies can’t even do (the surprise game with the little kitten) until a bit older and do things that very small children are capable of, it changes my outlook on things.

I can’t pretend humans are the sole intelligence and emotional beings on earth. We aren’t. So measured against a psychopathic serial murderer or even the run-of-the-mill thug-—do I choose my pet or even someone else’s? lol

Does God love the lion more than the gazelle?
