Hey hennie pennie,

According to Wikipedia, Jindal is natural-born: (his original name is Piyush)

“Piyush Jindal was born on June 10, 1971, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Indian immigrants Amar and Raj Jindal, who had recently arrived for Amar to attend graduate school at Louisiana State University.” (wikipedia)

Uhmmmmmmm.... have you actually read the postings stating that it is currently 100% unclear as to whether a child born in the USA to FOREIGN students who are NOT U.S. citizens can be considered a natural born citizen?

I have no idea what you read in the material posted to this thread, but I am certain that I mentioned FOREIGN students several times.

I'm not a lawyer, so direct your questions elsewhere, please.
