Houston is over 50% Mexican.....so of course it’s now a liberal city. It’s all the foreigners (Mexico, California, New York, Michigan, etc.) that make it liberal. Native anglo Houstonians are conservative.

I lived in Houston. Houston is NOT liberal, at least compared to the Northeast.

Yes it is and 25% black, lots of illegals and around 60,000 admittedly gay citizens. But still, it is Texas. I wonder if they are Katrina rejects?

Believe me, Dallas isn't far behind, a gay was in the runoff in the last mayoral election in Dallas.
