Your logic is flawed and completely stupid. But giving you the benefit of the doubt, I heard from one of your anonymous neighbors that you were seen slapping your spouse then one of your children so performing my civic duty, I called CPS to report you........

You're clueless. People call CPS all the time and report domestic violence and drug abuse, esp when divorce is involved. You don't like it? Tell it to your life partner.
