I haven't read the entire article, but several questions come to mind:
How did they manage to get published? The fraudsters made sure no such studies were peer-reviewed or published.
Where did the 200 "studies" come from? Those were presumably buried and "insignificant."
And most importantly, where did they get untainted data?
I undestood the the Climate RICO boys controlled it all?

This is why the Warmists are desparately trying to change the name of the 'crisis' to Climate Change from 'Global Warming'. Do not help them along. Whenever possible, use Global Warming, with an emphasis on the word, warming. Under no circumstances use 'climate change'.
Although, to anyone with half a brain, this phrase is just as silly, since the only thing constant about this planet's climate IS change.
