Tikkun is a far, far left rag run by Rabbi Michael Lerner. Though Reform Judaism was referred to as progressive Judaism in the past, I think he's using the term in a political sense. His concern isn't really with Judaism, rather with endowing progressive political aims with a spiritual dimension. If you really want to read more, his
