Activists are expressing disappointment with President Barack Obamas plans for the Aids treatment programme in Africa, charging that he has fallen short of the achievements of his predecessor, George W. Bush. Obama pledged to increase Pepfar spending by $1b a year, but in his first budget, called for only $165m in new funds.
Gregg Gonsalves, a leading US anti-Aids campaigner, warned an audience in New York last week, I am about to say something shocking: I miss George W Bush.
President Obama has all but failed to fulfil his commitments to wage an aggressive battle against global Aids, a coalition of Aids-focused groups declared last week, assigning him a grade of D+ for his performance to date.

Bush better than Obama. Period.

Of course. It’s not like African AIDS victims are going to help Hussein with world domination.

Yeah, how's that dope with the chains working out for them?
Mombasa boy can't even help his own half brother living in the shack in Kenya, and they thought he'd spread some of his “stash” on them?

Nevermind that the cash being doled out was U.S. taxpayer money.
Thanks a lot for all your Big Government spending, RINO Bush!

I didn't agree with many of Bush's policy decisions, but I believe that he is a sincere person who isn't a narcissist. I don't believe either of Obama.

I didn't agree with many of Bush's policy decisions, but I believe that he is a sincere person who isn't a narcissist. I don't believe either of Obama. It doesn't change the fact that both of them, in conjunction with the Congress, were busy borrowing money on the credit of future generations of Americans and then promptly handing it out left and right around the world.
That it was for "humanitarian" purposes doesn't justify the immorality of the actions of the Federal government.

His constituents are currently more interested in their right to free money and free sex. Saving African children isn’t currently regarded as chic during this political fashion season.
