Probably made by the owner of a small business that made banners and signs, as he went under and moved into the homeless camp. Or maybe by the owner of such a business who’s still barely hanging on, but has had to lay off employees, one or more of whom has been forced to move into the camp.

U betcha! That is a very expensive Vinyl sign that cost almost $125. My community protested a hotel encroachment on the Critical area in Kinnards point, a bay housing project on a “neck” in the Chesapeake bay. I purchased 10 of the signs for making our point. We won! They Cost 1,500 for the lot.
The guy who did that sign got it off the Internet........ God bless the Internet!
