Whether we want to call them dry runs for something larger or not, such incidents DO accomplish something immediately: they immediately bring terror and mayhem into an airplane and disrupt activities and airlines under the threat of lawsuits (flying imams).

How many of us have loved ones flying in the next few weeks? The airlines need to hear that we insist on charges being filed in this and other cases.

These incidents are nothing more than unarmed terrorism. They represent an attempt to intimidate and dominate. And as such, they should be criminally prosecuted.
