It's sad that the FR founder has subscribed to the view that this FRINGE belief, professed only by some FRINGE Protestant sects, defines one's conservatism and faith, and denies Catholics, Eastern Orthodox, Anglicans, Mormons etc. the name of Christians. Every religion you named declares that Mormonism is not Christian.

"Every religion you named declares that Mormonism is not Christian." Mormonism definitely has some strange (to me) elements, but I don't have any problems with calling it a Christian denomination. For the record: I am a Catholic, and I live in Utah.
