I am a bit disappointed to find out that you are not Catholic. Somehow I had developed the impression--perhaps by confusing you with someone else--that you were just about the only Catholic left on the forum who still cared about total (including historical) Biblical inerrancy. Apparently I was wrong, and I'm sorry to learn it. I've noticed that even the "ultra-traditionalist" Catholics never seem to find the time or inclination to defend the Biblical narrative. I guess we just have to face the sad fact that it simply isn't important to them. And that's what makes it so infuriating to hear them go on and on about their "ancient and unchanging" Church. Oh well. We'll just have to soldier on alone.
There was only one Catholic on this forum who was a solid and unapologetic defender of total Biblical inerrancy and he left. Pity. He could have taken on the entire rest of the forum with one hand tied behind his back and trounced them.
