We believe that Ronald Wilson Reagan is the greatest president of the 20th century and that Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama tie for the worst. I would have to say that the worst are Wilson, FDR, Carter and Obama. However, Zero has another three years and could very well wind up having the bottom spot all to himself.
