I am going to teach them first about values and morals, but if they make a mistake, I dont want them punished with a baby.
Always reminds me of a confused Catholic woman we know. She got pregnant from her boyfriend and couldn’t afford any more children, and was afraid she could not part with it if she delivered full term with adoption as an option, so she got an abortion. She refused to take oral contraceptives because she is Catholic.
Let’s see...if you can’t have your baby, nobody can?
And...abortion and any other type of birth control besides rhythm abstinence are taboo in the Church, I believe.
The abortion also kept her children and other relatives from finding out she was pregnant out of wedlock, so I guess that’s good?
