I am looking forward to getting doctors and police officers to work when it DOES snow.
Don't worry though, I am not one of those stupid SUV types that thinks that because I have a four wheel drive vehicle that I am invincible.
I can drive an hour or so from sunny and 70 degrees, up to the snow in the local Southern California mountains, and watch tourist in their SUVs, Hummers etc stuck up to their axles in the snow. That's always good for a few laughs.
I hate cold/snow/ice expect when it's in my margarita or on postcards.
Northern California is full of those types. They move here from the bay area and places like Sacramento when they retire, having only seen snow once a year when they go skiing, they buy a 4 wheel drive and the first snow of the year they run off the road because they were driving way to fast for the conditions. They learn fast but unfortunately we get a new crop in every year or so.
