So how is an unemployed black “disproportional” to an unemployed white?

Jesse Jackson only lobbies for himself.

Jesse Jackson lobbying for black jobs initiative Hey Jackass!
What do you know about jobs? Ever had one?
Maybe you should tell the "black caucus" to support the business community and there'd be some friggin' jobs (black or otherwise)

The more he talks the better. All he's doing is alienating better than 2/3rds of the voting public. No wonder boy blunder came out rather strongly against this. He knows this would not sit well with a great majority of people who voted for him, many now unemployed themselves who would not benefit from this “initiative.”
Divide and conquer baby, divide and conquer!

Blacks jobs: Great pay, no responsibility, race-based complaining all day and night, can't be criticized or fired.
Hey, exactly how many more Jesse Jackson positions are available?
Frowning takes 68 muscles.
Smiling takes 6.
Pulling this trigger takes 2.
I'm lazy.
