The other side of the coin is, why should he produce it if it will be harmful to him? I wouldn’t. Unless you made me.

If he's spent that much, it's been to respond to all these cases being filed against him, many of which would go ahead regardless of whether he released his birth certificate. The Chrysler case, for example, has nothing to do with Obama being born outside the country and instead focuses on his dual citizenship.

In other words, Obama could release his birth certificate today, and he would still spend money on legal fees responding to challenges to his eligibility.

Because it helps them. He is doing the math, and he is still sees it as painting the opposition as kooks. Can’t put a price on marginalizing the opposition.
