Nonsense. COLBs are acceptable legal documents. It is easy to play around with extant electornic images on software; it's not so easy to get the seals and other security features right, although true professional criminals might be able to. You or I would get nailed if we tried to pass off one of our creations.

And again, the Obama campaign prof erred a COLB it claimed to have obtained from Hawaii. The State of Hawaii does not dispute the accuracy of the information, and has in fact affirmed that information for anyone willing to listen.

So yeah, it is fake just because you say so, which does mean nothing.
