That makes utterly no sense. They cannot produce the Birth Certificate, only the person who the Birth Certificate is for can do that.
Neither the Governor, Lt Governor or Attorney General can make me produce my birth certificate. They are wholly irrelevant to the issue
Each has access to Hawaii’s vital records. The AG has apparently reviewd the vital records.
If there is information there that is relevant to the matter they would be in a position ot leak it or otherwise raise an issue.
And if Hawaiian state officials are insufficient to make you produce your BC, why should BHO do so at the behest of a crowd that will clearly continue to oppose him (and rightly so) no matter what information he provides?
